You can stop using Cushion and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to us or others.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Cushion is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
AI features are provided for assistance only. We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cushion and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by posting on our website or emailing you at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Cushion after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless you're entitled to bring claims in your local jurisdiction under applicable consumer protection laws.
